Collaborative Manufacturing allows us to work with a wide range of fabricators while ensuring the quality of the final product. We're able ensure items are fabricated to specification and can be successfully lined.
The Application of the Surface Protection Material is closely controlled whether on-site or in the workshop. We ensure our teams are excellently trained and that quality is controlled in-line as well as by independent checks. With over 40 years experience in Africa, we are confident in our ability to provide remarkable quality with a wide range of materials.
If needed, we are able to provide assembly and installation services. This is to ensure that linings are not damaged during the assembly process. We are also able to provide 3rd party suppliers with guidelines and processes to ensure the safe and efficient installation or lined items.
Once installed we offer general maintenance services. We are able to provide technical reports and inspections of linings to assist with maintenance planning. If maintenance is required we provide lining removals and repairs to get our customers plants running again at full speed. We generally aim for preventative maintenance, but are also able to assist with breakdowns at excellent turnaround times.
